Some of these symptoms are mood swings, feeling tired, dizziness and an increase in your body temperature.
Having diabetes is one thing, but to be going through menopause as well; is a good reason why you need to maintain a healthy nutritious diet so that your blood sugar levels can remain at normal levels. You should add exercise into your daily routine, as this will help you to manage and control your diabetes and menopause so that you can achieve optimum health.
